Article 2 – Processing of personal data
Your personal data are collected by Cloud Positive B.V.. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person. We do not collect your personal data without reason. Your personal data are processed for:

Article 5 - Your rights regarding your data
Under Article 15(2)(b) of the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to request restriction of the processing concerning you, to object to processing and to data portability. Every such request must be accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document bearing your signature and must indicate the address at which you can be contacted. You will receive a response to your request within one month of receipt. Depending on the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by up to two months if necessary.
Article 6 – Legal obligations
If there is a breach of any law or regulation for which you are suspected and the authorities require personal data collected by the Controller, these data will be provided to them following an explicit and substantiated request by those authorities. In that case, those personal data will no longer be protected under the provisions of this privacy statement.
Article 7 - Commercial offers
You may receive commercial offers from the Controller if you have given your consent. If you no longer wish to receive these offers, please send an email to: [email protected]. Your data are not used by the Controller’s partners for commercial purposes.
Article 8 - Data retention period
Data collected by the Controller are used and retained for the duration required by applicable law.
Article 9 - Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. The court of the Controller’s place of establishment has exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes concerning these terms, unless a statutory exception applies.
